Ithaca Soy produces delicious handcrafted tofu available in three styles: soft, firm, and extra firm. We also make a product called Tofu-Kan, a ready-to-eat tofu that is marinated and baked. Simply open and serve!
All of the tofu produced by Ithaca Soy is made with local organic soybeans and the Kan is made with New York State soy sauce.
